ANDREW MACDONALD

PRESIDENT – CO FOUNDER

Andrew is responsible for directing all business activities for Canadian Retirement, which he co-founded in 2014. Andrew has extensive experience in managing and overseeing investments in a variety of asset classes, including residential and commercial properties. In addition to his experience in real estate operations, acquisitions and development Andrew has an extensive background in corporate finance and major transactions.

MARK PERRY

VICE PRESIDENT – CO FOUNDER

Mark is responsible for sourcing development projects and directing construction and property management activities for Canadian Retirement, which he co-founded in 2014. Licensed as a British Columbia Realtor for 29 years, Mark held the National Association of Realtors designation of SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). His track record as an entrepreneurial real estate developer includes having, developed and worked in coordination with member bands of Sto Lo First Nations, and the Aboriginal and Northern Development Canada. SHELLEY KRAHN

PROJECT MANAGER / COORDINATOR

Shelley joined the team in August 2015 and brings 15 years’ experience within the construction and management industry. She loves the variety of challenges in her role, whether reviewing progress of work and materials on the project site, or in her office reviewing construction drawings, coordinating changes or communicating with her contractors. Shelley was the proud recipient of the “2017 Chamber of Commerce Employee of the Year Award” for her dedication and leadership role within the Canadian Retirement Team. Her knowledge and experience will prove successful as she leads the team in our newest development… The Skynest.

NANCY GAULEY

SALES HOSTESS

Nancy is our sales hostess extraordinaire. Nancy knows the needs of our buyers and makes their priorities her priority. She brings to our team over 30 years of sales experience and is an integral part of both our sales and office team.

TRACEY L’HOIST

SALES MANAGER

Customer Service is the backbone of Tracey’s success and not a moment in the day goes by without Tracey thinking of our Canadian Retirement customers’ needs and goals. With this as her “mindset” we know why Tracey is an award winning British Columbia Realtor. She has marketed developments throughout British Columbia’s lower mainland and is a licensed Realtor with Homelife Glenayre Realty in Chilliwack. Tracey is responsible for hiring and training site sales staff, developing marketing and leasing initiatives, and managing the Canadian Retirement sales team.

JACKIE SWITZER

OFFICE ASSISTANT

Jackie joined our team as a sales assistant to Tracey L’Hoist in July 2017, where she assisted with sales and coordinated buyer upgrades. In April 2018, Canadian Retirement Developments welcomed Jackie as the new office assistant. With her strong attention to detail and organizational skills, she is an essential link in the team. Jackie is involved with all sides of administration and coordination.

BRENT BLASCHEK

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Brent joined the Canadian Retirement team in July of 2015 in the position of property manager. Brent comes to us with many years experience in the trucking and residential construction industry. Currently Brent is working on our new industrial/commercial development North Parallel Business Park.

MIKE HALPEN

PROJECT MANAGER

In Mike’s 30 years of entrepreneurship, one thing he specializes in is Project Management. Mike helps to ensure that all problems are solved, deadlines are met, and projects are coordinated. Mike has a thorough understanding of the management industry, which has made him invaluable in efficiently progressing projects through, from preliminary budget to project completion.
