ANDREW MACDONALD

PRESIDENT – CO FOUNDER

Andrew is responsible for directing all business activities for Canadian Retirement, which he co-founded in 2014. Andrew has extensive experience in managing and overseeing investments in a variety of asset classes, including residential and commercial properties. In addition to his experience in real estate operations, acquisitions and development Andrew has an extensive background in corporate finance and major transactions.

MARK PERRY

VICE PRESIDENT – CO FOUNDER

Mark is responsible for sourcing development projects and directing construction and property management activities for Canadian Retirement, which he co-founded in 2014. Licensed as a British Columbia Realtor for 29 years, Mark held the National Association of Realtors designation of SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). His track record as an entrepreneurial real estate developer includes having, developed and worked in coordination with member bands of Sto Lo First Nations, and the Aboriginal and Northern Development Canada.
